New frame offering all the performance without compromise and the perfect balance between aerodynamics, performance and Rider-First Engineering ™, with tube shapes that were born in our FreeFoil shape library and validated in the Win Tunnel, the new Roubaix is so aerodynamic like the Tarmac SL6. Meanwhile, to ensure lightness and ride quality, we turned to a Rider-First Engineered ™ design for optimal stiffness and compliance in all sizes, from 44 to 64 cm.
To complement the new frame, we have developed the new S-Works Pavé which is the first aerodynamic seatpost with vertical elasticity. Building on the same D-shape design found on the Tarmac, we added flexibility to the top of the seatpost and developed a new seat clamp design lowered in the frame. This ensures that the vertical elasticity of the rear is perfectly balanced with that of the front, so that you can enjoy a smooth and balanced ride on any type of road.
The Future Shock 2.0 is the result of the demands of our professional racers for the cobblestones of Roubaix. It's smoother, faster, and gives you more control through a dial on top of the stem. This dial adjusts compression from fully open to stiff, while the internal parts of the hydraulic damper control rebound. All in all, this latest version will reduce fatigue and increase your speed, regardless of the terrain. The new Smooth Boot, top cap and Future Stem enhance aesthetics, resulting in a clean transition from the head tube and stem.
